If I spend around 15 minutes on a treadmill, at a 5% incline, 3 mph, and I weigh 270 pounds, how many calories am I burning? Also, how many calories does it take to burn one pound? One more thing - To lose weight at a pretty quick rate, what should my calorie intake per day be?

there sights that will be able to tell you that. Or try getting one of thoe things you clip ontop your pocket and it'll tell you the calories burned with each step...sorry...i can't remember what they're called...pedomoter or something

i think u take in about 2000 to 2500 calories a day to consider going on a diet.

and i don't know the rest of them
