Well, they have more of an upright angle. Look at some of the models, like Naomi Campbell who has high cheekbones. If you've got 'em, you are lucky. Seriously !

Yes, sometimes you can tell by sucking in your cheeks. If the cheekbones are prominent, and just below the lower eye area, then you have high cheek bones.
