Dukefenton i don't remember mentioning the CIA or your government and seeing you know exactly where he is give your spooks the info i am sure the reward would come in handy .

No, there is not one ANC crony who would be able to deny himself the $25 million for more than an hour.
If it wasn't for the money however, South Africa would be the perfect safe haven for Osama, what with all the extremist Muslim government ministers here and anti west rhetoric thrown around loosely by the communist ANC.

To bring him into SA would not be difficult, how easy is it for foreigners to cross our boarders?
To find a farmhouse and hole up undetected would also not be difficult and truly he could easily control all cells from anywhere
