This is a funny and actually pretty cool question. James Bond would totally not survive unless it were the young Sean Connery version of James Bond. The Sean Connery James Bond would survive, the other ones would die horrible deaths and be walking zombies with tuxedos eating their Bond girls.

if he did it would be one of those endings that doesn't really tell you if he lived or died, we would have to wait for the sequel to come out next fall
