You can get into your bios? Try searching something about load USB port.

You should have a USB keyboard setting in CMOS that allows the keyboard to work on boot. Then, you can do an F8 boot. This is done by tapping on the F8 key after the initial CMOS screen and while Windows is starting up. This will present you with a boot screen that allows you to choose between different boot devices. Make sure your USB device is plugged in and turned on before booting up.

You could modify the CMOS settings for boot sequence, but the F8 mode is easier and you don't have to go back into CMOS later to edit the boot sequence back. Still, this might be the only way, if the keyboard can't be seen on boot.

Check your BIOS to see if it gives you the Option to Boot from a CD drive.

You should see an option during Startup that says something like (for example) F1 BIOS SETUP F12 RESTORE

Could even be DELETE BOS etc, Depends on your computer...

Check your Owner's manual too for instructions.
