http://launch.yahoo.com is a great site for listening to english music online. You can listen to different stations here, and give your preferences as well. Over time, the site will learn about the kind of music you like and play those songs more often. You cannot however choose the songs you wanna listen to.
For indian songs, the most comprehensive collection - esp. in regional songs is at http://www.musicindiaonline.com . For bollywood songs, I would suggest http://www.bollyexpress.com (very fast), http://www.raaga.com and http://www.dishant.com .
