Server is in a Tier one pop bandwidth burstable up to 100 mps. Would buffering be a have to or can a swf be able to keep up without lagging . This is a presentation done in After Effects then rendered as Quicktime then exported as swf.
Any help or suggestions Greatly Appreciated

Unless this is an hourlong video, yes it is far too large to stream. It's not a matter of your bandwidth, but rather how much bandwidth the end-users viewing the SWF have. If they don't have excellent broadband under ideal internet weather conditions, they will not be able to buffer the stream, regardless of how quickly you can serve it.

The best solution is to find effective ways to compress the video. Sorenson (http://www.sorensonmedia.com/ ) offers Squeeze, which is a very effective add-on for Flash that gets excellent size reductions without noticeable loss in quality.

You should export your video as .flv which would give you better flexibility and options for you and your visitors.

By having your flash file load the .flv you could control everything - play, pause, load and seek, also when the video starts based on buffered size, etc.

Its WAY TOO BIG!

Try dividing it into several smaller presentations.
