It is kind of late in his term, however to symbolical impeach the man for his crimes against the American people should only be a part of the package, he should be arrested and tried for his crimes against the Iraqi people and his crimes against humanity. No one not even Bush should ever be above the laws.

First of all, you need to forget Michael Moore. He is just trying to make a name for himself and this is the best way he can do it.
2nd: Contrary to popular opinion, Bush has not TECHNICALLY broken the law. He has definitely bent the rules, but not broken then. Its mostly a little thing called "plausible deniability".
3rd: He would be out of office long before the proceedings even began and the purpose of impeachment is to bring charges against him and find out if he should "ultimately" be removed so even if he was impeached there is nothing that will happen afterward. With that there is no point.
Its almost over, there's no point if dragging the world through this now.

No, I do not think Bush should be impeached. He is only as good as the people who surround him and no President can possibly go it alone. They must depend on others to some degree. If our Intelligence is bad then we need better Intelligence. It seems we have many in politics today that do a very inferior job. Our government is out of touch and our politicians are getting fat off of corporations and they are all wanting to be in power and not watching our back door which in time will hurt all Americans. Michael Moore is certainly not the authority on impeachment!

President Bush cannot be impeached because there is no one who is brave enough to file the impeachment complaint against him which is required under the Constitution.

No. And say what you want about Bush, but at least his supporters don't protest him in front of his house. The major networks did cover the scene in front of Pelosi's house in San Francisco yesterday, right?

Bush has committed crimes under US federal law. He's admitted doing it. Several federal courts, including the Supreme Court, have confirmed it. Even Bush's own lawyers have stipulated that the laws were broken.
So, the only question is -- should a criminal be able to avoid a trial just because he's popular, or powerful, or a nice guy.
