You aren't the first 33yr to masturbate and you wont be the last, don't worry about it it is perfectly normal and healthy.

You're not alone. You need to get out and start meeting some ladies. Then, hopefully you'll find a cutie that suits your needs and you won't have to beat it so much. In the meantime, just TRY to keep your hands out your pants :)
