For Minimum growth plus safety- NSC, Bank FD and PPF.
For Moderate growth- ULIP schmes, Mutual funds.
For Higher growth- ULIP, Mutual funds and Shares.

1)Traditionwise gold is the best tool with fast liquidity
2)Land fetches very good returns but takes little more time for liquidity
3)Resident /Industrial properties also give returns but you have to watchfull
4)Stocks brings in good luck if you are alert
