well, when i run long distance i get cramps like as if i have my period. the pain last for about 30min to an hour and it hurts very much. i don't know why i get like this but i don't know what's wrong and i don't know how to prevent it from happening. can anyone help and give me some advice.

I would recommend getting in touch with your dr about this. I know I had a similar problem when I was in Junior High when it came to running in P.E. and I agree that it was very uncomfortable. I hope you get relief for it soon.

Take birth control pills, skip the brown (or whatever color they are) duds and go on to the next pack. Just be sure not to skip those in every third pack so you have a period and slough out any premalignant cells. If, in spite of this procedure you still have pain see your PMD.
