any type of bread, i just can not get the hang of it.

I guess it was when I tried to cook some brats with onions. The idea wasn't bad, except I forgot to turn the heat down after the pan was hot. The meat burned very quickly and filled the place with dense smoke.

I once made the mistake of using an aluminum pan to make a lemon pie filling...ewww green/gray nasty stuff!
