We cant say that only Men are egoistic? Today there are countless Female who are most Egoistic. Egoistic is not an object which is associated with male only. this is natural part of one;s behavious which can be found in anybody.

Most men aren't. Just look at how long women stand in front of the mirror every morning, compared to men. Men get in and out the toilets as fast as they can manage. Look at the long line to the women's room!!
The variety of men's clothing is very limited. Few men would wear very loud colors to work. Women think the world is collapsing if they wear the same clothes twice or are caught in the same room with another woman wearing the same clothes. Don't bother men none!!

They are? I've known plenty of insecure men in my day and not in the kind of "omg I'm so sensitive sleep with me" gag, these men were truly pathetic and obviously I didn't sleep with them! Haha. Some men are egotistical for the same reason that some women are egotistical. Get a grip.

Well give us a reson not to be no just kidding. simply it goes back to younger days of high school and junior high. most men see what attention the athletes got and they had to find what they were good at mainly its a self protective mechanism about being inferior now why are women so arrogant

i think being egoistic has nothing to do with a particular gender...men and women both show egoistic pattern of behavior.
why??....coz they let their ego's control them. and ego seeks only self.
nurture instead your super ego..giving up self for others.

Ego, arrogance, anger, timidity, greed, jealousy, etc. are characteristic traits of human beings. They are not gender dependent. It's wrong to make gender biased suggestions for such traits.
