i read the wikipedia definition and i can't seem to understand it, so please explain!! thank you

Social democracy means that capitalism will be removed of its injustices just like allowing the rich to become richer. Socialism is adopted to democracy for people to receive more benefits and curtail a few rich to have all the income from industries.
