It depends on the man and his state of health. My dad's about 65 and is still sexually active(I wish I didn't know that).
He takes really good care of himself and doesn't have to take any meds.

It never stops if you have good genes. My grandpa tried to hit on a nurse right after my grandma died - and he was 91. I am over 50 and I have an incredible sex urge. My girlfriend lives across country right now and I masturbate once a day mostly. I do this even while taking high blood pressure medication, which is supposed to ruin your sex life - but not in my case.

yeah. men do not go through menapause like women do. men, unless they have health problems, can have sex at any age past about 12 or 13.
