Do a search on "feral babies" or "feral children". There are cases of children being raised by many types of animals. Mostly types of dog or ape if I recall correctly.

the reason wolves and feral dogs have adopted human children in the past is that they are pack animals. They can accept another's child as their own because they do it already in the pack (one female stays with the pups while the rest of the pack goes hunting). Foxes on the other hand are solitary for the most part. They do not have previous experience taking care of young not their own, and so would not see that as a possibility. They may eat the baby, however....

Foxes are a bit small to breast feed an infant, or to move a baby, they would have to adopt it in one spot. A baby that could move itself would be big enough so that foxes would be scared of it. They are also quite shy, so they would probably be scared of the noise an abandoned baby would make.
So, I'd say no.

there are stories about that Morulous and Remous the founders of Rome were raised by a wolf. (or so said)(and idk the spelling)
now it would be possible for a wolf fo raise a human baby and maybe a fox but That would only happen if the wolf/fox/others bonded with it not kill it.

now I only think that wolves are big enough to raise a baby because foxes would go dry.

I doubt that they would be large enough to rear a human infant.
