Go to Control Panel-->Network and Internet options--> Internet options . once there under the General tab click 'delete' option given below "Browsing history" that deletes all past histories or you can choose what info from you history to delete by choosing from "settings" option

Go to your internet "properties", Clear History, Clear Cookies, and Clear files, and also go to "Disc Clean Up" for your computer and check the ones you want to clear some room, plus temp. internet files

go to internet tools and delete temporary files, cookies etc.
