If your website is blocked by software on your local computer, try pressing CTRL-ALT-DEL and ending the process that is blocking your websites.
If the websites are blocked by some software that isn't on your computer, try a website like www.proxify.com to circumvent the server block.
If neither of these make sense :), or don't work, go to www.peacefire.org and you should have no trouble finding an alternative.
Cheers!

You can use proxy servers to unblock a site. If your administrator has blocked a site, you can use these sites
http://www.slynetuser.com or http://www.slyinternet.com (both great sites)
Proxy servers such as anonymizer.ru or anonymouse.org are excellent sites. They even prevent harmful content(cookies, certain java script) from entering your computer.
