I think women mainly act as carriers and men actually get colour blindness. This is true of several disorders, but women can become colour blind too. About 1 in 20 men will be affected and 1 in 200 women, but there are different forms of colour blindness.

because they arent perfectly made like women. Not really. I really dont have a clue why it is only found in some men. Maybe since they really dont trip on colour cordinating anyway.
