I Love baking home made pies. Especially with homemade crust.
OLD FASHIONED PUMPKIN PIE
1 can (16 oz.) Libby's pumpkin
3 eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. whipping cream
3/4 c. regular milk
9 inch unbaked pie shell
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except milk and whipping cream with electric mixer. Add milk (beat at low speed) followed by whipping cream (as it comes from carton). Fill pie shell. Bake 1 1/2 hours until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Optional: sprinkle pumpkin spices over top of pie.

I'll take some trip tip and marinade it in teriyaki and honey for 24 hours, get a mesquite fire going, grill to perfection.Drink grgich hills cabernet with this an Argentine Malbec will also compliment this meat well.
I'll make a tortellini salad with 3 types of olives, reggiano cheese slices....
I will also make a green salad with roasted peppers, artichoke hearts, baby greens and a slightly spicy olive oil dressing.
As an appetizer, I will wrap Canteloupe, watermelon and
honeydew in proschiutto and grille them to perfection.
desert, I will make creamy Tiramisu and to drink, for dessert, I serve bubbly prosecco.
