What kind of paint? If it is a latex or acrylic, start with water and soap and a small brush, you may be able to scrape some of it off. Let dry, and then try a small clean brush, like an old toothbrush and use rubbing alcohol, blot and keep trying. If it is regular paint, then try paint thinner with the window open, and use the small brush. Keep blotting after every scrub. It may take a few times. If nothing works, a shoe repair shop may be able to dye them for you. Best wishes

What kind of paint is it? If it's a latex, you'll have a better shot than an oil based paint. Since your shoes are already ruined, try using a solvent. Go to a Home Depot and get some GoofOff. Funny name, yes, but this stuff works. saturate the area and let it sit for about a half hour. Then blotch lightly, DO NOT RUB!
Honestly though, I think you need to buy a new pair of suede shoes!! You let it dry way too long. Hope this helps!

Awww....Suede...! If I knew I'd tell you, I'll just sympathize for you...I tried getting stuff off of suede in some cars and you need a special suede cleaner for it, you could try that maybe

You can try alcohol and them take a towel and rub on the shoe to bring it back to its regular nap
