Depends on what you did.
What did you do that she said "no" to at least 3 times? She has a right to refuse sex any time she wants - and so do you. You (men) have no right to grab her or touch her in an insulting or undignified or degrading manor - ever. Being married doesn't give you free reign on sex. So, if any of these things happened - yes, she has a right to file the charges and I know a lot more women that should file the charges against their husbands or partners. Women are not toys...they are human beings that deserve respect.
The law is fair to some and unfair to others. Women get bad raps on sexual harrassment as well.

The laws are set up to protect the woman, I am sorry to say. It depends on whether you are separated from her, whether or not she has a restraining order against you. If you keep your temper, be logical and have us mediation and counseling, you may be able to get through this with the least damage. The law is actually quite broad in the harassment area. But, my friend, do not take the charges lightly. Get legal help right away. You can't fight this alone. It doesn't matter if you are guilty or not, the system is set up against you and you will have to fight hard and long for your innocence to be upheld. Good luck!

You know! I have heard of rape at home, sex harrasment at work, etc filed against husbands...
I am always puzzled how these cases make it so far..
I always think of an angry wife who is trying to get back at a husband in the middle of a divorce or a divorce that is about to happen to gain sympathy from a court...
crazinesssssss...

that's socially proper for all people to report a sexual harrasment value. Statistically greater women all people is sexually harrassed then adult men. Sexual harrassment is enforceable by way of the regulation no rely what intercourse. have you ever asked the dentist to quit? If no longer you may desire to tell her you do no longer savor the way she treats you. in case you have asked her to quit and he or she maintains, you may desire to report a grievance.

I fail to see how a woman can charge her husband with sexual harassment, unless she has filed for divorce or they have been separated for awhile. Even then, it would have to be serious criminal harassment that is close to stalking or something repeated over a long period of time.
