Need some info on how different political parties view declaration of war. Among those parties are Socialism, Liberalism, and Libertarianism.

Socialism allows war for people to have equal status just like what happened in Russia where the monarchy was eliminated for the rise of the people's revolution.

Liberalism do not tolerate ware just like in the US where Liberals are against Republicans for declaring war a means to curb terrorism.

Libertarianism does not want war because military draft is considered slavery. Ther must be some other methods to be used instead of war.
