Websites for government/no cost counseling therapy?

I'm a single mother with health problems unable to pay for counceling for myself and my daughter. I need to resolve some serious family conflict issues deal with my Attention Deficit disorder (behavior therapy) since I'm done with meds. And gain some understanding on relationships in general etc.
