I've got many sreenshots but I need help in making gifs , please help !

There are numerous applications designed for graphics and that support GIFs. The most popular is Photoshop (http://www.adobe.com/photoshop )
I also like Fireworks (http://www.adobe.com/fireworks )
If you don't have much money to spend, GIMP (http://www.gimp.org/ ) is a free, open-source graphics application. It is most frequently compared to Photoshop, as it has much of the same functionality. However, it is not as easy to use and ultimately not as powerful. But considering that it's free, it's not at all bad.
There's countless other suites, but those are the 3 most popular.

First save images to be placed in a GIF animation sequence as gif files using windows paint program. Then add them to UnFREEz which is a high-speed Windows application that will take any number of images, saved as separate GIF files, and create a single animated GIF from those images. there are many softwares available for creating the gif pictures. They are multimedia packages.
