I fixed the traditional corned beef and cabbage for my husband on our first St. Patrick's day together. The pressure cooker almost blew, and lets just say it wasn't his favorite meal.

Every year I get the families together on St. Patrick's Day. It started as a way for my non-Irish family to get to know my husbands, very Irish, family.
This year I am making Lamb Stew, Fish Pie and Fadge.
