I am not changing the name so any other "potential" names will not even be considered.
I just want to know what you think of the name.

Sebastian Gabriel Turk

(Turk is the last name of course)

Sebastian isn't made to be shortened into a nickname.
I don't like nicknames.

I didn't think I needed to elucidate that he is a boy considering that it is a boys name.
And no one will be calling him Seb.

Really lovely actually. I really love that you're not going to shorten it either, I also hate nicknames. If I wanted to call my child "Bill" I would have named him "Bill" - example of course.

I know many Sebastien's (french form) and a few Russian boys who go by "Seby".. It's a name used in many languages as it is just great.

I also like it because its not unheard of and not overly used.

The whole thing sounds good together!

Knowing kids...he will probably be called Seb whether you and him like it or not. Seb Turk doesn't sound very good. I know you don't want suggestions but I think you should consider calling him Michael Sebastian Turk. Middle names don't get shortened and Michael Turk sounds so much nicer. Good luck!

I like the way Sebastian Gabriel Turk sounds, there not very common names, so you won't have to worry about someone else haveing the same name, very unique and original, good choices.
Good Luck!! Congrats!

Sounds good. I am quite fond of unique names. My daughter's middle name is Avalon, and my son's name is Mason. (They both have the same initials) and I'm pregnant with my 3rd now so I have to come up with another unique name myself. I really like the first name, but don't really care for the middle. All in all it sounds great together, though. Just curious, how would you shorten "Sebastian" as it seems like a mouthful? Good Luck

Sebastian is such a strong name and I like that you know what you want and are going to keep it that way. Good name!
Are you sure its a boy? Do you have a girls name picked out just in case?

Sebastian just reminds me of the crab on The Little Mermaid, but I love Gabriel.

Wow, would you still be so adament if everyone said they hated it?

I like it personally, it's a good strong name. I know what you mean about name suggestions. I asked about a few names and got back some suggestions which were totally different to my choices. I like timeless names, people suggested trendy names. Why do they do that if you didn't ask for other names????

My friend named her dog Sebastian, and I think it is an adorable name-for a pet. Consider using it for a middle name-kids can be cruel
