they only sent an automated email to confirm that it has been shipped and nothing arrived! almost a month! price IS 300$ WHAT CAN I DOOOO???? they don't reply AT ALL!

Sometimes the postal service confiscates them also. They will open your package for inspection, especially if your pills were shipped from outside the US.

Contact your credit card company/bank immediately and request a chargeback and report a fraud.
But yes, as River mentioned it's also a possibility that customs confiscated it. It's not legal to import foreign medicines into the US.

by the way, don't order online if you're not sure that it is reliable. Research first, to make sure that the company you are dealing with is reliable. If it's not a well known company, you should not buy what they are selling, and if it's so cheap. It is 99.99% scam.

I ordered pills. after a month I called my bank assuming the pills were not coming. after my fraud announcement to bank...the pills arrived two weeks later. NOW DO I SEND
THEM BACK?

Your money is gone and there is nothing much you can do about it. There are to many scams on the internet to fall pray to one of them, not trying to be smart or something, just be more careful who you give you credit card number to or write a check out to.
