These days being a booking agent from IRCTC is better option. As you can book ticket on-line, print that handover to you customer. IRCTC has also launched a scheme for booking agents. Under this scheme agent will get separate ID and password, and a good commission will be given. Please got to http://www.irctc.co.in/RTSA.html for more details.
