Simplify your search and use a Native American,
Native Inuit or tribal African perspective. All of these peoples relate to nature more closely than "modern" westerners and therefore you can possibly search and get traditionalist stories where the stars are shining because the ancestors are smiling at "you"...and therefore they regard you in a spirit sense which equals familial love.
Or you can go the classical route and go searching for Greek and Roman gods/goddesses and the names for the constellations. Afterall, we now have Venus=a planet named for the goddess of love.

The starts in the sky are the symbol of the moment you spend in love. Each star for each moment. The more you love your mate, the more the stars in the sky are.

Stars are love energy just like everything else in the universe or All That Is, unless you believe that the lack of something exists, like darkness.

We wouldn't be here to feel love if it weren't for the stars.
We're all made of stardust, meaning the chemicals that were brought to earth by comets bombarding the earth with the chemicals necessary to create life.
You can't look up at those billions of dancing stars and not feel your heart filling with love.

You can't, unless you're the one laying on your back gettin' made love to under them. Why then you could relate love all kinds of ways to them. Or, you could check out your local library for reference poems and stories about love and the stars. Twinkle twinkle.

Catch a falling star and put it in your pocket
Save it for a rainy day.
Catch a falling star and put it in your pocket
Never let it fade away.
For love may come and tap you on the shoulder
Some starless night
And just in case you feel you want to hold her
You'll have a pocket full of starlight!
Catch a falling star and put it in your pocket...
