Thats she can say a really funny joke an dno1 will laugh but if like i were to say it then pplwould laugh. I asked her why and she said that people have a funny voice not like u sound like a chipmunk funny but the way they phrase things or sound when they say something funny...
Is it true or does is she just not that funny? If it is true do u have a funny voice?

Just like some people are better actors than others, some people are better comedians. Being able to deliver lines is a talent that you seem to posess while your friend doesn't.
There is something to be said for voice quality too. Not everyone is fit to be a voice actor or a radio DJ. Picture a few people you know reading the 6:00 news and see what I mean.
