i wouldnt be worried at this point. she may not be hungry. babies go through growth spurts, sometimes they eat a bunch-sometimes we have to wake them to feed. its pretty normal for after shots not to be so hungry. if its like this for a few days, then consult the babes doc. best of luck and congrats on the new child!

First dont freak out Iknow it's difficult but stay calm. After getting all 4 shots in one day she is probably just tired getting shots can do that to little ones especially if they were crying at the doctors office while getting their shots wait at least 24 hours if she continues to not drink at least 5 oz then take her. As long as when she cries she makes tears she is not dehidrated. Dont panic everything will be ok.

Do not worry -the reason she is off schedule is because of having the shots. Both of my kids wouldn't eat for a long time after the shots. Asked DR they told me " How do you feel after shots or when you're sick".See the point, just keep an eye on her. Trust me she'll let you know when she's hungry.

You are worried, so let's be clear about that. What you are seeing in your baby is not her normal behaviour. I don't want to worry you further, but I have heard of people's babies being quite affected after their shots. The key is to monitor her closely, if I were you. I know all the medical folks mostly believe in giving babies shots at 2 months, but I personally think it is much too much for their young little bodies. But of course millions of babies do it and are fine.

So please just keep her close and if you notice any change in her behaviour--especially listlessness--or if she does not drink for a long stretch of time and does not have wet diapers, take her into emergency in case she gets dehydrated. I don't want to worry you and hopefully it's just her body coping, but I would definitely keep a close eye on her. Hopefully she feel normal very soon.

my daughters 2month shots were horrible she screamed alll day and did not want to eat no fever either just i think its alot to take in by the next day she was her normal self again , if she still does eat at all and is upset in a couple of hours maybe call a doctor just to make sure , otherwise just keep checking her while she sleeps and try again later

Don't ever wake a healthy baby to feed. The only exception is if you were told by your doctor that she needed to gain weight. She's been through a lot today, so no wonder she would rather sleep than eat. She will make up for it tomorrow.

If she isn't running a fever I wouldn't worry about it. She isn't THAT far off her normal feed.

But even though I say don't worry about it...I know...that when mine were little...I was always so worried about the shots, so if you want to wake her up every hour or two to offer a bottle, you have this old mom's 'permission' to do so...

No don't worry! Sometimes babies just aren't hungry and maybe she lost her appetite with the shots. NORMAL! As long as she's pooping and peeing she's fine. My doctor said that there is no need to worry as long as the baby is taking in an average of 1 tablespoon every hour.

She will be just fine if she has no fever it's just the shots-some babies get really tired and sleep it off so im sur she is okay-she will eat when she is hungry.

I wouldn't worry too much. If it continues then call your doctor. When they get shots, it does affect their eating, sleeping and generally how they feel. When she's hungry she'll eat mom. Keep trying. I'm mom to 3.
