A CPU has cache (memory) inside, but no hard drive.
I think you meant the hard drive inside your computer. In a desktop, it is easy to see. The one that is not CD drive, and it is hooked up with both power cable and data cable, and it is usually located underneath CD drive, floppy (if you have one).
In a laptop, it depends on the manufacture and model.

Well, to be honest, there is no hard drive in a CPU. CPU stands for Central Processing Unit, and is a small ~ 2" x 2" chip that performs all the processing for a computer.
Inside a computer, the hard disk could be anywhere. It all depends on the model and whether or not it is a laptop.
Generally, they are underneath the floppy drive on your standard desktop computer. That is, if you have a floppy drive.

Goto newegg.com, lookup some hard drives and look at the pictures. Should be crystal clear when you open up your computer.
