If you can't get her fixed. then take her to any local animal hospital and have her euthanized, so that she doesn't suffer anymore. Many places will do this free of charge, but check first.

Hi. I'm so sorry to hear about your hamster. I'm not sure how old you are, so I don't want to get you into trouble with your parents.
However, they should definitely let you take your hamster to the vet. If your parents still say no for some reason, call this number = 118 118 (directory enquiries). Ask for the vet or animal rescue place in your town. They will give you the phone number to ring. Give them a call and tell them that you think your hamster has a tumor. They will be able to help you over the phone.

Ask your parents if you can at least call a vet and speak w/ them about what is going on w/ your hamster. Talk to your parents about how upsetting this is for you & how important your hamster is to you. If your parents can't afford to take your hamster to the vet sometimes a vet will treat an animal for free or call your local animal shelter and tell them the situation. They may be able to offer treatment for free or at a reduced price. If none of these suggestions work out just take the best care of her that you can and try to make her as comfortable as possible. Give her all her favorite treats, keep her cage and her bump as clean as possible, and be very careful when handling her. She is probably biting because it hurts her to be handled.

The only advice I can give is to try to talk your parents into taking her to the vet. Where is the bump located? It most likely is a tumor, which is not uncommon for rodents, and needs to be checked. The vet may or may not be able to treat it. At least it may just be a cyst, which is more than likely to be able to be drained by a vet. Just keep an eye on her, that is about all you can do until you go to the vet. Have you tried calling and talking to a vet about this, maybe they can give you some advice also. Good luck hun.

Where is the bump? Hamsters have pouches in their cheeks (face to shoulder) and fill them with food. Call a vet to be sure but I thought my hamster was dying when I was a kid and it turned out to be normal.

It could cost more than the hamster is worth, but check with your vet to see what he thinks

Find out if there is a humane society or PDSA near you. They will treat her for free if you cannot afford to.
Try to convince your parents that your pet is important to you & that you do not want to have it suffer.
When a vet sees it, be prepared for the worst. He may think that the poor thing has suffered enough & advise euthanising it or think it is not strong enough to stand the anaesthetic..
