I would think that they're really busy and that's the only time they have to take care of household chores. I'd think they were kind of like me.

That is precisely when I do. I work the afternoon shift and get home at midnight. A lot of people don't want to put out the trash in the morning if the collectors come early.
I'd like to know what do people think of those that do not pick up their emptied trash can for almost two days after?

if they do it on a regular basis i would wonder what there doing that late putting out the garbage. but if they typically dont and they do one night i would wonder if anything is wrong.. and again of course i would wonder why there doing it so late
