There ARE some blatantly unconstitutional laws regarding Campaign Finance Reform. They're called the McCain-Feingold Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act.

Look at the Constitution. Any law which is passed that violates one of those requirements or limitations is unconstitutional.
If you go to any search engine, you can search for past examples of laws that were declared unconstitutional in whole or in part.

The 20,000 or so gun control laws in America today. For example:
- Laws forbidding the carrying of guns in public.
- Laws limiting the magazine capacity of a firearm.
- Laws which ban certain weapons because they look scary.
What part of "...shall not be infringed" do legislators not understand?
