I need suggestions for laws passed by congress that are unconstitutional. i.e. flag burning, talking on cell phone while driving, etc.

There ARE some blatantly unconstitutional laws regarding Campaign Finance Reform. They're called the McCain-Feingold Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act.

Look at the Constitution. Any law which is passed that violates one of those requirements or limitations is unconstitutional.
If you go to any search engine, you can search for past examples of laws that were declared unconstitutional in whole or in part.

The 20,000 or so gun control laws in America today. For example:
- Laws forbidding the carrying of guns in public.
- Laws limiting the magazine capacity of a firearm.
- Laws which ban certain weapons because they look scary.

It is unclear whether you are talking about the US Congress or state legislatures. Those issues for which you cited are traditionally state issues- not resolved by Congress (US). If you are talking about the US Congress, here is one:

Well lets start by answering Theres one big one right now ....THE PATRIOT ACT now to correct you kat there is no laws regarding finance reform yet thats the problem no one in the goverment will ever pass that law
