You cannot move on with out forgiving yourself. You will be stuck holding the guilt of your mistake untill you forgive yourself and let go of whatever you are punishing yourself for. You have heard of forgive everyone, that includes you!

Absolutely.
We all have enough baggage to lug around we need to lose anything that drags us down.

yes, otherwise you will degrade yourself and have a low self-esteem, this will be obvious to others and people will have less respct for you. I choose to let everything fly, i dont hold grudges against myself.
