Sadly, it's only those of us who refrain from the mindless TV and other dumbing situations who will comprehend what you're saying. Americans are lazy, ignorant, and stuck up (born and raised an American here!). They don't want to do anything that requires EFFORT, even if it meant that our country would have a fighting shot at survival and a better way of life for our children. I would say it's high time for a grassroots effort to overthrow the corrupt, deficient government, and establish the land the way our forefathers intended it. Too bad Americans can't agree on ANYTHING long enough to figure out the bst solutions to anything. I still don't understand how republicans can continue to support Bush. The man is a complete buffoon!! If no one can admit they made a mistake, how are we ever going to see this nation improve?

The more I see, hear, and read, the more convinced I am that the biggest danger to this country is Dick Cheney. The man is a menace who continually lies, cheats, and steals. He has committed more than one impeachable offense now, and yet everyone is just waiting for the clock to run out on him rather than stand up and challenge him. Impeachment would take time and cost money, and somebody seems to think that it is not worth it, when in 2 years he'll be out on his keyster anyway.
Well it is worth it, and you're right to suggest giving Impeachment a chance. Both for him and W. It's worth it because it sends a message that these cloak and dagger politicians are no longer wanted. That going to war and invading a sovereign nation without credible evidence or just cause, and without a U.N. mandate is against our Constitution, and is a war crime. We were duped by these men, who KNEW BETTER. They lied to us, dragged us here, then they and their companies profitted from the war they created. There is nothing redeeming about this administration at all. January 21, 2009 cannot come soon enough.

Well, I would not go that far. But I do think a democrat will be voted in this time and it's about time, to be honest. The only good president we've had in the last 15 years was Bill Clinton. . The old generations that like republicans ,born before 1950, are dying off now. Bless their souls but they vote for republicans because they were raised back when divorce was still unheard of and interracial dating was not acceptable. These generations are still lost in their time and haven't been able to part with the old ways and into the more liberal, accepting newer generations that tolerate interracial couples, gays, and other things. Which is great. Our society has become more accepting over the years we need a president that reflects that. .
. Younger generations are going to be voting smart over the next 10-20 yrs and that usually means voting democrat. I do think we are dumb for voting in a draft dodging national guard rich boy who went missing during Vietnam so he didn't have to serve. What a wussy. Never vote for filthy rich low intelligence draft dodging ignoramuses, people! It just doesn't work. :-)

I agree, but the trance is deeper than what you are suggesting. The American culture is justified by a series of assumption about America and Americans. For example, Americans believe in one degree or another that we have the greatest Country of all times.
However the longer this Country lives the more apparent that this Country we call America is just one among many Countries, and that all Countries have strengths and weakness'.
Other Countries in the world take better care of all their children than we do, like health, education, employment, retirement and personal quality of life. American has more murders than all the European Countries put together each year.
In Vietnam and now in Iraq, we stepped back into the days of the Indian Wars. We still think we can prevail militarily over other Countries and that it is OK if we do so.
But America is wrong on this score just like we were wrong on in Vietnam. It is not OK. And we do not serve ourselves well when we try and dominate others. It is worse than a Trance. It is a curse!

The main problem that I see here is the name calling to discredit a different point of view. The conservative
party has studied psychology well, if they demonize a liberal to such an extend and for such a duration, people will eventually give in and it becomes the norm.
Soon anyone with a discenting point of view is labeled a "liberal". They fashioned a repulsive category for those who aren't 100% with them.
To touch on another observation, WHy do people vote? Why is it that they vote a certain persuasion? I asked multiple republican and democratic voters, 85% of the time they answered, "my mommy and daddy did so, so I'll continue with their tradition."
What ever happened to individuality? Do people not think nowadays? I can't say that the current situation is the best this nation has ever had, infact we were better off with his dad in office. At least his dad hired people who got the job done.
It must take some nerve to sit there and defend incompetent people.

Yeah, the way some people can't see the tree for the forest with this whole Bush administration does make you think that people have been put into some weird mental state. I have noticed a lot of no brainers defending this crowd. If the Halliburton HQ move don't get their attention, then you will know that they are beyond hope. I wouldn't be suprised if the CIA wasn't supplying insurgents with their weaponry.

I find my self agreeing with corhanem , as she said it right, that is terrible since she is a woman, and I was told women are dumb?? I think you are right America has been dumbed down to where no one seems to have common sense any more, since the Zionist got control of our new;s media and made it where it takes both man and wife to earn enough to make ends meet, and the owners of our new;s media is responsible for that since they control our politics, 98%of the American people listen to the Zionist T,V, or read the Zionist rag and believe every thing they read or see on T,V, as they don't have time to do any research on their politicians and rely on the news media for their information , when in effect that should be the last place to look,

I don't believe I am hypnotised, but I readily admit to americans being dumbed down. I can tell your english teachers would be proud of you. If you want to know about the real threat to america I'll let you in on the secret. Apathy, plain and simple. you don't need HAARP or chemtrails to accomplish this. You just need to let people go through the school system without being educated. I've seen the sites that you have obviously been visiting and I will tell you the one thing they are all lacking, PROOF! I dont want to hear about shadow gov'ts, if someone has proof of all these horrible things that are being propagated then lets see it. It seems to me that Washington is so full of leaks that nothing can be kept secret, yet the gov't has turned us all into mindless zombies without one person spilling the beans? C'mon!

Barrack is the whitest black guy i've got ever viewed. He has been very eloquent approximately conserving race out of the marketing campaign. it rather is approximately time some human beings awaken and spot that we are all in this mutually.

Karl Rove is the demon of the administration. Although, all of them are evil. Bush will go down in history as the American Hitler. There's nothing more dangerous than a village idiot who KNOWS he's right. "Iraq! It's a slam dunk!"
Albert Einstein once said, "Problems can only be solved on a higher level than the one on which they were created."
That's why the village idiot can't solve the problems HE's throwing on the world.
