Whats the best place to get an E-Gift Certificate from.. other than amazon?

Well, if you're planning on getting a gift for someone and you don't really know what they want, an Amazon e-gift card is probably your best bet. Through Amazon you can shop for almost anything from tons of different stores. If you know what they're likely to buy though, you can order them a gift certificate to that specific store or site.
You might be able to set up some sort of gift account with PayPal, but that would really only be useful on eBay. . .

It depends who it's for. Most people will be happy with an iTunes gift card.
