That's the current word from the X Factor camp - where Jess is apparently everyone's favourite to fill the empty judge's chair since Louis got the axe.

Unbelievable, isn't it? What do you make of it?

I expect they do want her and she would probably be a good addition.

Mind you, the next series is going to feature four judges, instead of three, so there's still a vacancy for someone who can bring something fresh and exciting to the show. And that person is rumoured to be Radio One DJ Chris Moyles - who reportedly impressed Sharon and Simon with his stint on Celebrity X Factor last year. Although Moylesy seemed a little bemused by the reports this morning on his breakfast show - claiming he knew nothing about it! (Yeah yeah, just holding out for a bigger paycheck er reckon...)

Meanwhile, the 'new Kate Thornton' is rumoured to be Dermot O'Leary - which might mean we get a little less gushing, and a little more humour, from this year's X Factor presenter.

Let's hope so! IRiSh

Well, I read in the Daily Star (Best paper in the WORLD) that Cat Deeley is said to be something like 3-2 to become the new host after she had lunch with Simon Cowel somewhere. They also predicted that Paula Abdul will become a judge at 2-1 and Randy (Not sure of his second name!) at 4-1.

Personally i'd rather have Jessica Simpson as the judge. I think she'd be great!

I read that it may be Paula Abdul as new judge and Cat Deely as the new presenter.
To be honest could not stand Kate Thorton come across as some school mistress from the dark age.
Louis I will miss as long as they dont put Posh in I dont care as long as it is someone credibale .

I hope not, would you really want an airhead blonde as a judge on anything.

Mmmmm, I can't really say that she's in a position to criticise other people's singing.
"That sounded like a cat being strangled".
"I model myself on you, Jessica".
