I've noticed tons of girls with hairy arms lately. Why do girls shave or wax every inch of their body except for their arms??? This is like the final frontier of body hair and someone has to tell chicks that having arm fur is NOT hot!

Well I think it depends...If your arm hairs are blonde or barely visible then it doesn't matter but it is a hassle enough to shave my legs and armpits and everything else girls already shave......its not worth the trouble...you will just have stubbly thick arm hair later.

I've noticed this, too. I feel so bad thinking that women should have to shave every square inch, when I only shave my face/neck, but I unfortunately feel that it's necessary.

A little bit of arm hair isn't necessarily a deal breaker, I could learn to ignore it. However, if she has more than I do, it's over. (I don't have very much to begin with...)

I guess if I run into this problem in a serious, I'll try to work out a deal involving me waxing my lower back, or something.

Women have hair on their heads too. Sorry to be nit picky.

Most women don't have thick hair on there arms. Most don't shave/wax their arms. For good reason too. When you shave your hair it grows back spiky and coarse, coarse arm hair is way worse than the soft light stuff most women have. It is also costly to wax. Shaving takes a lot of time.
As a women studies minor (I'm heterosexual btw and shave all the normal things) I am inclined to say that the time women spend shaving/waxing/ caring about hair takes time away from more important things.

I shave the pits... but I draw the line on my arm hair! I mean seriously I shave my legs everyday and like I wanna start on my arms now too. Besides it not a huge amount or hair and I don't think a little hair on the arms is unattractive. I think guys are way to obsessed about a little hair on girls. I mean we are human too. If you want to a hairless beauty date a child.

Let me tell you why, bc if you shave your arms enough when they grow back, if you forget to for a week or two, the hair on the arm gets soo thick, wich is much worse than just having some arm hair.

I used to shave them, not because the hairs were really visible to anyone else, but I could see them, after years of shaving, I really don't have much hair at all on my arms, it's so short and so blonde, I don't waste my time shaving them anymore

I shave me arms sometime, but it is just a hassle to do it and its not a big deal anyway. So if i get the time and feel like doing it i will.

Neither, my arm hair is so white and so short, i don't think it is noticeable. If I shaved it, It would come back dark and thick, then I would look like a man.

Shaving or waxing will make hair grow out stubby and even worse. How gross is that??? Hey what about furry men??? How wants to hug a monkey??? =)
