System of a Down; which song.......?

has clapping in the intro and it's a little softer than some of their others? I think that's the only place the clapping is. Does anyone know what it might be?

I believe you are refering to "Vicinity of Obscenity", however the intro has no clapping, rather it is John using his drumsticks on the rim of the snare drum creating the "clapping" sound.

The rest of the song is slightly softer than some of the others, however it is by no means their most mellow song.

the only song I've heard of theirs that is softer at the beginning is BYOB
