All races have their poverty stricken and their prosperious.

Race has nothing to do with a lack of poverty.. opportunity, cost, risk, and incentives. Race never becomes an issue unless people make it political, even if everyone was a racist! The most racist white owner of a NBA basketball team would never higher all white players, because he would be the worst team in the league. In order to stay competitive he would have to pay trillions more for a good team.
