A little over a month ago I though I was pregnant because I had no period at all. Finally, 2 weeks later it came and was very heavy. I am on my period again and it is way too soon because I just had my last one 10 days ago. It is also very heavy and clots. I'm 30. My cycles for the most part are normal. What is going on with me? Am I hitting menopause? I have never had any children.

Two possibilities come to mind. You could have endometriosis or uterine fibroids. Both can cause irregular periods, and endo can especially cause heavy, clotty periods. Talk to your gynecologist about what's going on. The treatment will vary depending on his/her diagnosis.

You could be suffering a miscarriage, you could be hitting menopause - though this young it is rare, you could have another underlying problem, your cycle could be changing due to stress, change in environment, change in diet, change in activity...

Best go to your gyno JUST to be on the safe side.

Honestly I am not sure, but I would strongly advise you to contact your doctor and set up an appointment ASAP. If you know this is not normal for you, and you are not sure what is wrong, call your doctor.

Pls see your dr to have this checked out to see if a possible hormone imbalance could possibly be causing this.
