That even when you think you understand something you probably don't. That the older you get the more things seem to come into perspective. That what I thought I knew when I was 16 isn't anything compared to what I knew when I was 21, and what I know now that I'm 24 is nothing compared to what I'll know in 10 years.

I think in the beginning of adulthood, it goes by fast. We have so many things to do and can't waste the time. But as we age, we begin to value "it" more and let things slow down. No need to hurry life anymore than necessary. And if you have scented toilet paper...stop and smell the paper! (before you use it!) LOL

Unless your over 50 it's quite the opposite. When I was younger and more involved life flew right on by. Now life is going so slow I can watch grass grow and I am not talking the smoking kind.

It really doesn't go any faster it just seems that way. It's like the saying "time sure flies when you're having fun." You still have the same 24 hours in your day.
