Have you gained a feeling, not so much of familiarity, but of having gained a sense of FAMILY, through this websites's folks? For what reasons, is so?

definately. there are a lot more people who care on this site than bad eggs, and it's a refreshing change of pace.

Because, this website, provides each one of us (participants), a common global forum, with its own ethics and rules. It, therefore, gives us a genuine feeling of "global bonding" (at least in the cyber-world...which is, currently, one of the most "vitally important" extensions, of the real physical world).

No. I think maybe you are thinking of 'community'. Yahoo Answers is an online community, but I feel no sense of family.
Like any community there are upstanding members and low-life's; with shades between.
