To have a website you need to a) register a domain which is an anual fee b) subscribe to a web hosting service which is a monthly fee. Some of the better hosting companies will provide you with software to help you build a website. If you go to http://www.dakotawebhosting.com you can register a domain, subscribe for hosting and use the software package called website tonight to build a website.
In addition, you can also pay for website design once you get the domain and hosting for a more professional and customized website.

There are all kinds of ways to do what you have ask, but i could tell you what worked for me. We have been going 3 months now, and really took off, but we wholesale dropship, so the market is wide open for ebayers and other auction site owners. We also have clients that have websites that we supply.
Here's what we done:

You can check the www.alexa rating, we went from over 6 million'th to now under 9K, this is a giant leap (1 being the best)
If you have questions about the opportunity i have shared, please let us know.We would be happy to explain any part of it.
Good luck!!
Have a great day.

The best place I know to build a website:

They provide everything you need to know in one place. I built a website using this "program." I didn't know anything about websites and they walked me through it step by step.
