Halliburton will still be based in Houston,Texas. The CEO will go to the office in Dubai. Schlumberger has an office in Dubai, too, while their main office is in Houston. It had been a French company.

KBR is now a subsidiary of Halliburton.KBR was started by Ladybird Johnson as a catering business. Now it is a food service business which contracts with the military.

The oil drilling business is Halliburton's focus. KBR is a separate subsidiary.
