There are some things that can affect a womens cycle. First you should contact your GYN, when you go in there have a record of your periods, very helpful, they will probably also ask if they have been regular or irrregular.. They will probably send you for some lab work... I have problems with my cycle, I have what they call PCOS, which is Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome.. Picture what a big bunch of grapes look like, then stick those on your ovaries, it can cause absence of period, hormone imbalance. To me it is not painful.. There is also the pregnancy disease.....
Sorry, first thing to come to mind....it might be your hormones are messed up. Have your thyroid checked..

umm if u diagnosed with cancer...and u go through chemotherapy its possible that you wont have your period....during therapy. my sister went throught thiss so yeah.bye.
