no it does not, I sleep on my stomach everyday, at some point of the night, and it does affect it all it. When the time is right your period is going to come when it's ready. sleeping positions have nothing to do when it will start sooner or later. some people experience the cramp pain before it starts letting you know it's coming. but depends on the woman.

No. If you suffer cramping, before it comes, though, sleeping on your stomach can aggravate the cramping, in some women (not all). It depends on body weight, and many other factors.
